And it's legit, folks. See here.

I don't know how this will impact Philip J. Berg's lawsuit, filed just yesterday, but I can say that it doesn't look good.

Ah, are we certain that there IS a lawsuit? The website's HTML code is virtually identical to Cristi's C4M, and both use Joomla.
